TOWN OF MILTON, WI : Evansville man ID'd as fatal crash victim on Monday, August 28, 2017

An Evansville man was identified Wednesday as the person killed Monday night after a rollover crash on Interstate 90/39 near Milton.

The driver was identified as 37-year-old Kenny J. Lissner of Evansville, according to a release from the Rock County Medical Examiner's Department.

The preliminary investigation suggests Lissner was driving north on I-90/39 near Manogue Road. He lost control of his pickup truck, sending it into the median, where it rolled over at least once, according to a news release from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

Lissner was ejected from the vehicle and was then struck by a southbound vehicle, according to the release.

The Wisconsin State Patrol responded at 10:38 p.m. Monday, according to the press release.

Autopsy results confirm Lissner died as a result of injuries sustained in the traffic crash, according to the Rock County Medical Examiner's Department.

Additional testing is underway, and the death remains under investigation by the Wisconsin State Patrol and the Rock County Medical Examiner's Department.
