A Britton man is dead after losing control of the cement truck he was driving. The South Dakota Highway Patrol says 45-year-old Donald Monsen was driving on state Highway 10 just west of Lake City on Tuesday morning when he lost control of the cement truck and it flipped onto the driver's side. Authorities say the truck then slid and spun down the roadway, throwing Monsen from the vehicle and killing him.
