Bonita Springs, FL : 1 dead after deadly motorcycle crash in Bonita Springs on Thursday, 1st February 2024

A motorcyclist was killed following a deadly crash involving an SUV on Bonita Beach Road SE off of US-41.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at around 7:10 p.m., on Thursday.

According to FHP, a white Nissan SUV traveling north on US-41, at the intersection of Boston Road, stopped on the left turn lane, facing a green traffic signal.

A red Honda motorcycle was traveling south on US-41, approaching the same road and facing a green traffic signal.

The SUV then attempted to make a U-turn, driving in front of the direction of the motorcycle, causing the two vehicles to collied.
