A Porsche SUV that fled the scene of a crash in St. Petersburg struck another car a short time later, killing the driver and passenger. The driver of the Porsche was treated for minor injuries at a hospital and released after the Thursday evening crash. St. Petersburg police say 31-year-old Anthony Apollo Neeley now faces two counts of DUI manslaughter, leaving the scene of a crash, operating an unregistered vehicle and driving without valid insurance. The names of the man and woman who died in the crash haven't been released, pending notification of their families.
