Warsaw, IN : Two critically injured in motorcycle crash in Kosciusko County on Wednesday evening, May 11, 2016

Two people were seriously injured after a motorcycle crash in Kosciusko County on Wednesday evening.
According to a report from the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department, the crash happened shortly before 7 p.m. in the 4300 block of West Old Road 30, west of Warsaw.

Deputies said Michael K. Buehle, 50, of Warsaw, was driving his 1998 Honda motorcycle east on Old Road 30 entering a curve area when the vehicle left the south side of the road for an unknown reason. The motorcycle then overturned.

Buehle and a passenger, Teresa M. Evans, 62, also of Warsaw, were taken by medical helicopter to Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne where they were listed in critical condition. Deputies said neither Buehle nor Evans was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
