Vanderbilt Beach, FL : Naples man killed in Vanderbilt Beach Road crash on Wednesday, 8th April, 2020

A Naples man was killed and four other people were injured in a crash Wednesday afternoon on Vanderbilt Beach Road, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred around 1:30 p.m. when Gary Dines, 66 of Naples, was driving a 2016 Hyundai Genisis east on Vanderbilt Beach Road negotiating a curve near Strada Place. The vehicles collided head-on. Dines was transported to NCH North Naples Hospital before he died from injuries suffered in the crash, according to FHP.
The Honda Pilot was driven by Brenda Kabrit, 37 of Naples, who was transported to NCH North Naples Hospital with minor injuries. Three passengers in the Honda Pilot were also injured in the crash.
