GLEN ULLIN, ND : Driver in fatal western North Dakota crash identified on Monday, 9th November, 2020
The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the Dickinson man killed in a Monday, Nov. 9, crash 5 miles northwest of Glen Ullin.
Joseph Earl, 24, was traveling east on Interstate 94 in a 2003 GMC Envoy at 9:30 p.m. when the vehicle left the roadway and entered the median. The driver, who was not wearing his seat belt, overcorrected and lost control of the vehicle, which rolled and came to rest on the westbound roadway.
Earl was taken to Sanford Medical Center in Bismarck, where he was pronounced dead.
Road conditions were good and weather conditions were clear at the time of the accident.
