Bismarck, ND : A two-vehicle crash in LaMoure County on April, Monday 24th 2017

A two-vehicle crash in LaMoure County Monday morning resulted in injuries to both drivers, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred at 10:03 a.m. in LaMoure County.

The patrol said Ty Kirby, 37, Edmore, Mich., was driving a 2002 Dodge pickup east on a gravel road approaching an intersection with N.D. Highway 1. Mary Miller, 76, Oakes, was driving a 2006 Chrysler 300 car north on N.D. Highway 1, approaching the intersection with the gravel road. The patrol said the Dodge crossed N.D. Highway 1 causing the Chrysler to strike to Dodge.

Both drivers wore seat belts. The patrol said Miller sustained serious injuries and was transported to Valley City for medical treatment and later transferred to a Fargo hospital. Kirby suffered minor injuries.
