Rockville,IN : Former Parke County Sheriff, wife killed in car crash on December, Thursday 21st 2017

A former Parke County sheriff and his wife died in a crash Thursday night. Investigators say a drunk driver is to blame.

Michael and Darla Eslinger were passengers in a car being driven by their 17-year-old granddaughter on US-41 near Rockville when they were hit head-on by a truck, detectives told the Tribune-Star. The other driver, 41-year-old Brian Robertson, was intoxicated, according to police.
