Salem, WI : Person killed, one injured in a crash in western Kenosha County Tuesday afternoon, December 20, 2016

A two-vehicle crash has left one dead and one injured in western Kenosha County Tuesday afternoon.

Kenosha County Sheriff's deputies were on scene in the 24900 block of Highway SA (103rd Street) with the Kenosha County Medical Examiner as of 4:31 p.m.

One driver did not survive the crash and the other was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to a Kenosha County Sheriff's Department press release.

The roadway near the crash was closed while the crash was investigated.
