Jacksonville, FL : Several people injured in a crash involving two vehicles on Old Kings and Plummer Roads on Sunday evening, December 13, 2015

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office and Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department both responded to a crash with injuries in Northwest Jacksonville Sunday evening.

JFRD said unitswere called to the scene of a crash involving two vehicles on Old Kings and Plummer Roads at 5:43 p.m.

A person inside one of the vehicles had to be extricated by emergency officials. The status of the passengers and the number of people injured was not given by officials.

Officials have not released a report on the crash.

JSO said there were no lane closures due to the crash.
