West Palm Beach, FL : Man killed in Royal Palm Beach car crash on Monday August 29, 2016

The westbound lanes of Southern Boulevard remain closed near Royal Palm Beach Boulevard due a fatal crash, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office reports.

Original story: A man was killed in a fatal car crash Monday evening in Royal Palm Beach, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office reports.

Shortly after 5:30 p.m. a vehicle traveling west on Southern Boulevard past U.S. 441 crashed into the back of a utility vehicle. A man died at the scene, the sheriff’s office said.

As of 6:30 p.m., Southern Boulevard was closed from Lamstein Lane to Royal Palm Beach Boulevard.
