Foxborough , MA: North Attleborough man dies following motorcycle crash on Tuesday night ,July 28th 2015

A North Attleborough man injured in a motorcycle crash in Foxborough earlier this week has died.

The Sun Chronicle reports (http://bit.ly/1IxLeb2 ) that 56-year-old John Crowder died Wednesday at Rhode Island Hospital after losing control of his motorcycle at a curve late Tuesday night.

Police Chief Edward O'Leary says Crowder slid on a grassy area off the road before striking a pole.

The accident remains under investigation.

Crowder, originally from Tennessee, lived in North Attleborough for the past 22 years. He worked as an elevator mechanic at Buckley Elevators in Weymouth for two years and previously worked at Thyssen Crupp Elevator in Westwood.
