Calamus, IA : Motorcycle rider is dies in crash on Monday October 27th 2014.

A motorcycle rider is dead after an accident Monday afternoon in Lorain County. Karen Davy, 47, of Medina was driving south on Indian Hollow Road in Carlisle Township about 3:25 p.m. in a 2006 Nissa Xterra when she failed to stop for a stop sign, according to the Elyria Post of the State Highway Patrol. Donal M. Davis, who was riding a 2003 Kawasaki motorcycle eastbound on Butternut Ridge Road struck the vehicle of Davy. Davis did not have a stop sign. Davis was ejected from the motorcycle and received fatal injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Davy was not injured. Source : Lorain County | Motorcycle rider dies after crash
