Allentown, PA : Two Allentown men survive Berks fatal crash on Friday, 16th March 2018

Two Allentown men crashed in a stolen car Friday morning on Interstate 78 in Berks County, and jumped into a minivan that a half-hour later collided with a car, killing the car driver, police said.

Carlos Rosario, 33, driver of the minivan, and Vincent Bynum, 32, a passenger, were charged with receiving stolen property and conspiracy in the car theft, state police at Reading said.

More charges are expected.

Keith A. Krammes, 56, of Schuylkill Haven was flown to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, where he was pronounced dead, Trooper David Beohm said. A van driven by Rosario hit Krammes’ car at 6:20 a.m. on Route 183, at the end of an I-78 off-ramp, police said.
