Winooski , VT :Quebec driver killed in I-89 crash on Saturday , June 13th 2015

Interstate 89 in Winooski is back open Saturday morning after a Quebec driver was killed in a head-on crash.State police say Dominique Roy, from St. Laurent, was traveling south on I-89 when he crossed the median and wound up in the northbound lane. He hit a car driven by Bradford Freeman of Connecticut head-on. Roy was taken the hospital where he died from is injuries. Freeman and his three passengers, including two teens, suffered minor injuries. Both cars were totaled.Police are not sure if wet weather conditions caused that crash, but they say that they do not believe that speed was a factor.
