Watauga County , NC : Four People killed after head-on crash along Us highway 421 in Watauga Countyon Saturday ,May 16th 2015

Four people died in a wreck Saturday on U.S. Highway 421 in Watauga County on the Tennessee-North Carolina state line.

crossed the center line and hit a Honda Civic carrying a family of three head-on, police said.

Pinkham's truck then caught fire. He was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Nicholas and Molly Blackwell and their 11-month-old daughter Harper, who were in the Civic, were all killed.
