Boise,ID : 5 Treasure Valley motorcyclists in crash; 26-year-old Boisean dies, 4 hospitalized on July, Sunday 23th 2017

Five Treasure Valley residents on three motorcycles were involved in a crash on Idaho Highway 75 at Galena Summit in Blaine County Sunday afternoon, according to Idaho State Police.

The multiple vehicle collision happened after one of the motorcycles crossed the center line, Idaho State Police said.

Kimberly R. Hayes, a 26-year-old Boise woman, died at the scene.

The four others hospitalized were: Michael A. Jones, 57, of Nampa; Dana A. Simmons, 54, of Meridian; Jason Clark, 46, of Meridian; and Julie S. K. Clark, 45, of Meridian.

The crash occurred at about 2:30 p.m. The highway was completely blocked for two hours and was limited for several hours after it was reopened. ISP reported that the bikers were traveling together as part of Bikers Against Child Abuse.
