Hyannis, MA : Motorcyclist flown to Boston hospital after Brewster crash on Tuesday morning, July 19, 2016

A motorcyclist was flown to a Boston hospital Tuesday morning after his bike crashed at the intersection of Freemans Way and Long Pond Road, a Brewster fire official said.

Rescuers were called at 11:55 a.m. to the scene, where the man was found in the road with “significant injuries,” Brewster Fire Chief Robert Moran said. The man was brought by ambulance to Barnstable Municipal Airport and was then brought by a MedFlight helicopter to Boston.

Information about which hospital was not immediately available from Boston MedFlight officials.
