SALT LAKE CITY, UT : Fatal crash in Salt Lake City forces total shutdown of southbound I-15 on Monday, 18th November 2024

A driver was ejected and died in a single-vehicle rollover crash in Salt Lake City amid a frigid morning that left roadways icy during the morning commute.

Utah Highway Patrol Lt. Cameron Roden said the vehicle, a Ford pickup, was traveling north on I-15 near 200 South when it lost control and rolled into the median.

The truck rolled multiple times before resting between the north and southbound lanes of the highway.
