AVON PARK, FL : Woman killed in two-vehicle crash on Saturday, August 19, 2017

One Avon Park woman was killed, three were in serious condition and five children had to be taken to a Tampa hospital by Aero-Med after a two-vehicle crash at 9:49 p.m. Saturday on U.S. 27 and Stryker Road in Avon Park.

Vicky Woods Adams, 60, of Avon Park, who was driving a Chevy pickup, was killed, Florida Highway Patrol said.
