BARTOW, FL : A fatal drunken driving crash in a stolen car on Monday, 25th June 2018

A Florida man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for a fatal drunken driving crash in a stolen car.
The Ledger reports that 28-year-old James Sherley Marcelin was sentenced Monday. A Polk County jury convicted him in March of one count of DUI manslaughter and two counts of DUI with serious injury.
The judge doubled the normal maximum DUI manslaughter sentence to 30 years for Marcelin’s extensive criminal traffic record and prison history. The judge added another five years each for the DUI with serious injury charges.
