Ephrata , WA :32- years Old man was killed after struck and killed by teen driver while walking acrross Highway 28 on Tuesday evening, December16th 2014

The Washington State Patrol says a man in dark clothing tried to walk across Highway 28 in Ephrata Tuesday evening outside a crosswalk when he was struck and killed by a 17-year-old driver. Troopers say she will not be charged. The dead man is identified as 62-year-old Brian P.
