LAKE IN THE HILLS, IL : 2-vehicle crash closes down Pyott Road in Lake in the Hills on Wednesday, 4th April 2018

Pyott Road near the intersection of Algonquin Road was closed to traffic Tuesday because of a crash.
The incident occurred about 5:11 p.m. and involved two vehicles, police said.
A Lake in the Hills man had tried to turn left from an access road near the Bucky’s Express gas station when he was struck by a car traveling south on Pyott Road, police said.
The Lake in the Hills woman who hit his car had the right of way, and her car had heavy damage after the crash, police said.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but neither driver was taken to the hospital. No charges or citations were issued.
The road was shut down from about 5:30 to 5:45 p.m.
