Los Fresnos, TX : 23-year-old La Feria man died after an auto wreck on Thursday, April 14, 2016

State troopers continue to investigate a one vehicle accident near Los Fresnos that left one man dead.
The accident occurred at 6:30 p.m. Thursday on Highway 100 and FM 803, reports, Sgt. Johnny Hernandez, with the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Authorities said passenger Jerry Sanchez, 23, of La Feria, was ejected from the vehicle. He was transported to Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen where he died.
Hernandez reports a Nissan Frontier pickup was traveling eastbound on Highway 100 near FM 803, when the driver lost control of the vehicle and rolled over. The passenger was ejected.
Both Sanchez and the unidentified driver were transported to the hospital.
The accident remains under investigation.
