Macedonia, OH : Fairview Park man struck, killed by vehicle on Route 82 in Macedonia on Saturday, December 12, 2015

One of the pedestrians struck by a vehicle in Macedonia Saturday has died.

According to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner, Lawrence Hain, 79, of Fairview Park, was killed Saturday.

Hain and a 72-year-old woman were crossing the intersection of Waters Drive and Route 82 in Macedonia when they were struck by a Nissan Murano driven by a 65-year-old female.

The victims were taken to MetroHealth, where Hain succumbed to his injuries.
