RANKIN COUNTY, MS : 26-year-old killed during crash between truck and tractor-trailer in Rankin County on Monday, 10th June 2024

A 26-year-old from Mendenhall was killed during a crash Monday morning.

According to the Mississippi Highway Patrol, the crash happened at 7:30 a.m. on US-49 North near Star Road in Rankin County.

MHP says that a 2019 Dodge Ram, driven by Joseph Cook, 26, was traveling north on US-49 when it collided with a 2022 International tractor-trailer.

The driver of the tractor-trailer was not injured.
