A 20-year-old Louisville man died after the kayak he was in capsized off the coast of North Carolina.
Officials with the Cape Hatteras National Seashore, part of the National Park Service, said the kayaking accident happened Tuesday and the Louisville man was reported missing just after 1:30 p.m.
