UNION, SC : 1 dead, 2 injured after two vehicles crash head-on in Union Co. on Saturday, 16th March 2024

The South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP) said a 19-year-old is dead and two others are injured following a crash in Union County on Saturday.

According to Highway Patrol, the incident happened on Jonesville Lockhart Highway (SC Hwy. 9) at the intersection of Kelly Road at 4:10 p.m.

Officials said two vehicles were traveling on Highway 9. A sedan was traveling south and a pick-up truck was traveling north when the collided head-on.
