JACKSONVILLE, FL : 2 people injured after car crashes into business in Murray Hill on Sunday, 2nd June 2024

Two people were taken to a hospital after crashing their truck into a business in the Murray Hill area early Sunday, according to Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.

Around 3 a.m., the truck crashed into First Coast CrossFit on Edgewood Avenue.

Daniel Mattsson-Boze, owner of the CrossFit business, said thankfully the building was empty at the time of the incident.

“I got a knock on my door from JSO and they asked if I owned the gym. I said ‘Yeah’ and they said ‘Well there is a truck sitting on your wall.’ So I came down here and there was a blue Dodge Ram in the wall,” Mattsson-Boze said.
