Lawrence,MS : Monticello man killed Sunday night in one-vehicle accident on may, Sunday 28th 2017

A fatal accident occurred in Lawrence County on Sunday evening just after 10 p.m. The accident was on Hwy 84, near the Pearl River.

A 2004 Chevrolet pickup truck, driven by 30-year-old Christopher Ryan Dingler from Monticello, was traveling West on US 84 when it left the roadway and overturned several times.

Corporal Brandon Fortenberry says Dingler was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Lawrence County Coroner. The accident is still under investigation.
