OCOEE, FL : Two pedestrians killed in Ocoee crash on Saturday, 3rd November 2018

Two pedestrians are dead after a crash late Friday night in Ocoee, officials say.

Ocoee police responded to Silver Star Road west of North Cumberland Avenue around 11 p.m.The driver of a silver SUV hit the pedestrians and then left the scene.

The driver was later apprehended.

Authorities said a passenger, who was in the car during the incident, was also arrested.

The driver is charged with leaving the scene of an accident with great bodily harm.
