A 15-year-old girl is in critical condition Thursday morning after an ATV crash in Shafer Township.

According to Chisago County Sheriff's Office, at 9:53 a.m. dispatchers received a 911 call from a resident who witnessed an ATV crash in Shafer Township.

The initial information indicated a girl was injured and that she had been driving the ATV alone.

Bystanders provided lifesaving efforts until emergency services arrived at the scene, the sheriff's office said.
