GONZALES, LA : Baton Rouge man killed in single-vehicle crash in Ascension Parish on Saturday, 18th May 2024

A man is dead after a single vehicle crash in Ascension Parish on Saturday morning.

Louisiana State Police identified the victim as 35-year-old Niles R. Bartholomew of Baton Rouge.

The crash happened just after 6 a.m. on LA 3251 at Lawrence Minor Road in Gonzales.

The preliminary investigation revealed that a 2003 GMC Envoy, driven by Bartholomew, was traveling southbound on LA 3251.
