A 67-year-old man from The Woodlands died in a four-vehicle crash Saturday morning, one of two major accidents that closed eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 for much of the day Saturday.
Baytown police spokesman Steve Dorris said the fatal accident occurred near Thompson Road when an 18-wheeler struck the rear of the pickup truck the victim was driving before hitting another 18-wheeler, leaving the pickup trapped between the two larger vehicles.
