ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO : Driver leaving church parking lot killed in crash on St. Charles Rock Road on Friday, 24th August 2018

The Missouri Highway Patrol confirms that a woman died Friday morning in a crash on St. Charles Rock Road.

The victim of the crash at about 7:10 a.m. was identified in a Highway Patrol crash report as Michele C. Oakley, 59, of St. Louis.

Oakley was driving a Jaguar X-Type sedan and had just pulled onto the Rock Road from a church parking lot near Normandy Avenue. The car was struck after pulling into traffic from Iglesia Pentecostal El Redentor church, police said.
