Monroe,CT : Cops find PCP after car crash on August, Tuesday 29th 2017
A Danbury man, who police said appeared rather confused following a car crash, was arrested on drug charges.
Police said officers arrived at the scene of the crash on Hattertown Road to find the driver, Lavon Brigman, 43, of Coal Pit Hill Road, Danbury, standing in the roadway urinating.
When officers asked Brigman what happened to his car, police said the man zipped up and responded: “What do you mean, my car is fine.”
The car’s front wheel was nearly detached after police said the car hit a stone wall.
Police said officers subsequently found 18 packets of PCP in the car.
Brigman was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of hallucinogenic substances.
He was released after posting $5,000 bond.
