FLORISSANT, MO : Suspect charged in hit-and-run death of Navy veteran in Florissant on Sunday, 13th October 2024

A suspect has been charged in a weekend hit-and-run that killed a Navy veteran and his dog in Florissant.

Rick Alsept, 62, was found dead in the 400 block of Waterford on Saturday morning. Police said a deceased dog was also found nearby.
