TULSA, OK : Man hits pedestrian twice arrested for hit-and-run on Thursday, 26th October 2023

Thursday at 10:05 p.m., officers from the Tulsa Police Department Mingo Valley Division received a call for an auto-pedestrian collision.

The collision happened at 7000 East Admiral Place.

TPD said the victim was walking eastbound on the shoulder of East Admiral Boulevard when he was hit by a pickup truck.

Witnesses told Tulsa police that the suspect turned around and hit the victim a second time with his truck.
