RapidCity, SD : A 37-year-old Rapid City woman was killed in a one-vehicle wreck on Thursday, August 10, 2017

A 37-year-old Rapid City woman was killed in a one-vehicle wreck Thursday morning on Interstate 90 near Kadoka.

The woman's name was not released.

According to the South Dakota Department of Public Safety, a man was traveling west on I-90 in a 2005 Dodge Durango two miles east of Kadoka around 3:44 a.m. when he lost control of the sport utility vehicle. The SUV went into a ditch and rolled, ejecting the woman from the vehicle.

The woman, a passenger, was pronounced dead at the scene, the release said. She was not wearing a seat belt.
