CARROLL, IA : Man and child killed in fatal crash in Carroll on Monday, 22nd January 2024

A man and a child were killed in a fatal crash in Carroll on Monday morning.

41-year-old Joshua Shelton and a young girl have been identified as the victims in the crash. They were traveling southbound on Highway 71 around 8:00 a.m. when the crash happened.
