Easton Police investigators are trying to determine if alcohol and speed contributed to the crash that took the life of prominent Talbot leader Herbert L. Andrew III on Monday, May 8.

On Sunday, May 7, at about 5:30 p.m., Herbert Leroy Andrew III, 80, of Easton was traveling west on Dutchman’s Lane, crossing the intersection at Aurora Street.
