Delaware Twp , NJ : 70 - Years old Robert Baker injured after two-car collision at Locktown-Sergeantsville Road on Thursday ,May 7th 2015

A young driver was ticketed on May 7 after a two-car collision at about 10:23 a.m. at Ferry Road and Locktown-Sergeantsville Road.
Robert Baker, 70, of Delaware Township was traveling north on Locktown-Sergeantsville Road. Daniel Kwasnik, 19, also of Delaware Township was traveling south on Ferry Road. Kwasnik failed to properly stop and yield for traffic at the intersection causing collision, police said.

Baker suffered minor injuries and was transported to Hunterdon Medical Center by the Flemington-Raritan rescue squad. Kwasnik refused medical treatment. He was issued a summons for allegedly failing to stop or yield. The investigation was done by Patrolman Robert Illes.
