CHEROKEE COUNTY, SC : Man dead daughter injured following motorcycle crash in Cherokee Co on Sunday, 21st July 2024

The Cherokee County Coroner’s Office said officials are investigating following a crash that left a man dead and his daughter injured.
Officials said the crash happened around 6:58 p.m. along South Green River Road.
According to officials, the victim was driving the motorcycle along South Green River Road when he lost control, ran off the right side of the road and hit a tree.
Officials stated that the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The Coroner’s Office identified him as 39-year-old Joshua Howard. Officials added that Howard’s 13-year-old daughter was also on the motorcycle when it crashed. Officials confirmed that she was taken to the hospital for treatment. However, her current condition is unknown.
