Holiday , FL : 32- years old pregnant pedestrian was struck and injured after hit by driver of 2006 Dodge Charger and he was arrested on Monday , January 26th 2015

Pasco deputies identified the man they say struck a pregnant pedestrian and fled the scene.

Deputies say the woman, Crystal Lynn Noordhuizen, 32, was hit around 1 p.m. on Westwood Drive near Sun Toyota off US 19 in Holiday. She was walking east on Westwood Drive's south shoulder, deputies said. Noordhuizen, from Holiday, is 7 months pregnant.

Justin Lee Colby, 33, of Holiday, was driving a white 2006 Dodge Charger when he "traveled off the roadway" and struck the victim, deputies said. Colby crashed into a pole after striking the woman. He then walked to his home on the same road and left the scene on a white motorcycle, according to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office.

Noordhuizen was taken to an area hospital with minor injuries.
