CHARLESTON, SC : Crash in Goose Creek tied to wrong-way crash in North Charleston, 3 deaths reported on Monday, 21st September, 2020

The Charleston County Coroner’s Office has identified the two people killed in a wrong-way crash Monday in North Charleston.
Mandi McPeak, 31, from Summerville; and Robin Hume, 64, also from Summerville, died in the crash, according to Charleston County Chief Deputy Coroner Bobbi Jo O’Neal.
The crash that killed them happened at approximately 11:42 a.m. on Rivers Avenue near Otranto Road, she said. Hume’s truck was traveling southbound in the northbound lane of Rivers Avenue and struck several vehicles, including McPeak’s. She died at the scene of the crash, O’Neal said.
Hume died at 3:27 p.m. at Trident Medical Center, O’Neal said.
