HEDGESVILLE, WV : Berkeley County man dies in head-on collision on Monday, 14th May 2018
Hedgesville, West Virginia
A Berkeley County male died Monday morning as a result of a head-on collision near Hedgesville, according to Berkeley County Sheriff Curtis Keller.
Reported at 7:18 a.m., the crash occurred near Chinquapin Drive and Back Creek Valley Road. The female driver of the other vehicle was transported for injuries sustained in the accident.
In addition to the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, Berkeley County emergency medical services, Hedgesville Volunteer Fire Department and the Back Creek Valley Volunteer Fire Department responded to the scene.
Investigation into the accident is ongoing. Keller said identities will not be released until he receives the accident report today.
