BURLINGTON, KY : 1 dead, 2 hurt in crash on Camp Ernst Road in Burlington on Monday, 8th July 2019

One person was killed and two people were injured in a crash early Monday morning, according to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

Anthony W. Yeager, 22, of Hebron, was driving a white 2006 Chevrolet Malibu southbound on Camp Ernst Road at 3:18 a.m. when he went off the road, drove through two yards, hit a tree and went through a fence before stopping in the backyard of a home on Bluestem Drive, authorities said.

One person was dead at the scene. First responders transported two people to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. One of the passengers sustained serious injuries, and the other had minor injuries. Both are expected to be OK. The identities of the victims have not yet been released.
