Andover, MA : 19-year-old woman dies in crash on I-495 northbound near Exit 41 in Andover on Sunday, 23rd September 2018

A single-car crash claimed the life of a Bradford woman early Sunday morning.

Katie Ramirez, 19, was traveling on I-495 northbound near Exit 41 in Andover when her car veered off the left side of the road and struck a wooden median, according to state police.

Police were called to the scene at 12:03 a.m., and troopers attempted CPR on Ramirez. Andover Fire Department then brought her to Lawrence General Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said
