BUTLER COUNTY, MO : Man cited with DWI following crash on Friday, 10th August 2018

Before he was taken to the hospital, the Missouri State Highway Patrol cited a man with DWI following an early morning crash.

Hunter C. Russom, 18, of Poplar Bluff was northbound on Butler County Road 546 when his 2017 Ram 150 pickup truck ran off the roadway, according to the crash report.

The truck then struck a tree and overturned.

Russom and his passenger, 17-year-old Ciera Boyd of Poplar Bluff, were taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center with injuries.

MSHP cited Russom with driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, and no insurance.
